Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle of IT recruitment
  • Hire professionals for game development area (developers, game designers, QA, analysts, techncal support staff members)
  • Conducts sourcing (using direct search tools, cold calling, networking, or requesting referrals)
  • Organizes and conducts candidates interviews
  • Create a pool of candidates through job fairs, social networking, community organizations, Internet data mining, and media channels
  • Showing or offering candidate resume to hiring managers to scrutinize or consider
  • Onboard new employees
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports
  • Act as a point of contact for providers (recruitment agencies)
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (information systems or similar field woud be a plus)
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in IT recruitment (preferably in gamedev, software development)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Fluent English
  • Dynamic, positive, strong self-motivated and result oriented personality
