Training & Development:

  • Work in partnership with the HR manager for the retail divisions
  • Continue to promote existing customer service programs for retail stores introducing new ideas, exercises and variety of materials to enhance the entire customer experience.
  • Ensure successful and consistent execution of training programs developing Train the Train programs.
  • Ability to modify materials on the spot to address audience needs
  • Co-ordinate On-Boarding Programm
  • Follow-up Trainings activity

Talent Acquisition :

  • Educate hiring managers related to recruiting; process, interviewing, etc.
  • Participation in development of the talent cycle (talent performance appraisal, personal and professional development plan)
  • Continue to develop education career paths for retail stores
  • Manage quality and effectiveness of the recruitment on retail stores


  • Co-manage quality and effectiveness of external suppliers
  • Act as a brand ambassador
  • Continue to adapt training materials from HQ


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Education
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in developing and delivering various retail training solutions (including face to face, blended,)
  • Good common in English
  • Experience of working in a complex international and retail organization
  • Attention to detail, service minded and team player
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • Dynamic, positive, strong self-motivated and Enthusiastic
  • Self confident and dedicated
