Требуемый опыт работы: 1–3 года

Полная занятость, полный день

Требуется SuccessFactors Consultant в крупную западную консалтинговую IT-компанию, г. Ступино, Московская область (оформление через ИП или договор ГПХ).

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

  • Ability to solve the incidents within the agreed SLA’s also aligning with the customer and the offshore team.
  • Typically a functional Consultant working closely with the Business Analyst and Super users & develop step by step instruction of the same for further reference.
  • Needs to understand business processes and the relevant interfaces
  • Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community.
  • Improve current processes and solve the issues

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):


  • At-least 2 Lifecycle implementation/Support using SuccessFactors
  • Good knowledge on SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay is a must
  • Good knowledge on SuccessFactors PMGM and Succession Planning is preferable
  • Certificate in SuccessFactors is a must (Compensation & Variable Pay is preferable)
  • Experience working on support projects, working with the agreed SLA’s
  • Should have the ability to handle incidents and resolve the same within the agreed SLA timelines
  • Work with other teams to handle data issues and fix the same within the SLA period
  • Good communication skills to interact with the customer and offshore support team on a daily basis.
  • Should have experience in understanding the requirements, Process Design and providing solutions best suited to the client.
  • Good written and spoken English, at least Intermediate level is required


  • Good knowledge on SAP HR sub modules like (OM, PA)
  • Ability to understand customer landscape
  • Good understanding on the interface & batch monitoring
  • Experience with large global organizations
