  • Overall performance management and driving maximum profitability of the Food Service and Coffee categories
  • Develop the Food and Coffee offer so that they become true destination categories for company service stations. Continuously stay up-to-date with market trends and customer expectations.
  • Find and manage external food service consulting partner and field force
  • Develop category plans using the company framework, outlining strategies and related tactics for the categories
  • Continuous and systematic execution of the category plans, making decisions about assortment and food formulas, merchandising, pricing and promotions
  • Ensure very high food safety standards
  • Development and management of promotions and marketing activities, including the supervision of communication materials production, post investment reviews, learnings sharing
  • Management of supplier relationships and contracts, both with local and potentially global suppliers
  • Continuous engagement with the Sales & Operations team and Company’s Retailer partners (Retailer: an entrepreneur who operates a petrol station) about the Food Service & Coffee agenda to ensure buy-in
  • Drive on-site operational excellence to ensure that category management decisions are properly executed
  • Active and proactive member of the CEE CR team and the Russian Retail team


  • Experience in the food service business
  • Clear customer focus and passion for excellent service and flawless delivery
  • Fluent English and Russian language knowledge
