Purpose of the job:
Leverage growth opportunities with Customers by translating category, brand, shopper and customer insights and trends into effective retails solutions, plans and programs that deliver excellence in sales execution.
Work closely with brand team and In-store Activation Manager to ensure successful brand initiatives implementation, including new brands launches via a) launch preparation (distribution targets, POS materials/equipment development and delivery), b) continuous communication and coordination with sales team in the regions, c) post launch analysis.
Form Trade Marketing Activities calendar for different channels/regions and ensure its timely and quality execution.
Regular portfolio review within the channels/regions with recommendations how to optimize/activate/improve current portfolio and planograms in the different channels/regions.
Development of specific portfolio proposals and planograms recommendation for different channels/regions, outlets clusters, top clients.
Defines the needs of customers/ sales organization in trade equipment, POS materials and creates plans, develops/produces equipment taking into account Company’s objectives and strategies.
Leads special projects to create innovative retail solutions/ equipment for key accounts and traditional trade.
Develops recommendation and communication to the sales organization on the right placement/ usage of equipment, merchandising materials. Monitors and controls the execution.
Plans and controls budget related to trade equipment/ POS materials based on Company’s objectives and strategies.
Run evaluation/ effectiveness analysis of trade equipment usage and budget on the on-going basis and recommend corrective actions if needed.
Monitoring of equipment/ POS materials stocks at warehouses.
Create networking with other markets in order to share the ideas and implement global activities where applicable.\Development and communication of period and sales briefs.
Regular field visits to monitor marketing and trade marketing activities execution.
2-4 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management or Sales department of international FMCG Company. Sales and/or marketing experience will be a plus.
