Develop and organize all types of Shiseido and Clé de Peau Beauté events in Moscow and regions, develop promo personnel, planning, budgeting, control, assessment of promo activities. Develop Shiseido and Clé de Peau Beauté loyalty programs.


  • Develop and organize all types of promotional events and activities in Moscow and regions, including PR-related campaigns;
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, test new approaches and adopt best practice strategies in events area;
  • Budgeting. Full planning and control function of the budget;
  • Events process optimization in terms of planning of operations, reducing costs, using technologies to enhance efficiency of events;
  • Leads tenders for agencies, work with retail to maintain effective events and loyalty programs;
  • Conducts P&L analysis by particular events, as well as quarterly, bi-annually and annually;
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, test new approaches and adopt best practice strategies in events area;
  • Evaluates competitive challenges for brand and identifies opportuni­ties for growth and profit enhancement;
  • Creation and maintenance of database of loyal consumers, devel­opment and implementation of activities directed towards loyalty improvement;
  • Claims review;
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and management to make-up artists, skincare experts, promo specialists. Acts with integrity - honors commitments, takes responsibility for decisions, and behaves consistently;
  • Digital area development (websites and social network content) and to ensure digital promotion.


  • Background in make-up artistry;
  • Experience in beauty retail and events management;
  • Fluent English;
  • Hands-on work ethic approach;
  • Team player;
  • Advanced Microsoft and PC user.
