  • Secondary or university education
  • Excelent knowledge of accounting, taxes and HR regulations in the Russian federation
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word required)
  • Flexibility and willingness to perform administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of 1C (Russian accounting program) required
  • SAP Knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge of English or German is required
  • Responsibility, diligence, self-activity

Job description

  • Full responsibility of the entire accounting process of the Company in Russia including
    • entering of bills and vouchers into 1C
    • handling of accounting procedures in relation to business trips
    • maintaining all legally required books and ledgers related to accounting and tax
    • preparing all required tax documents (e.g. tax declarations, annual reports, statistic reports, tax registrations etc.)
    • Handling of all payment transactions (including input into Online banking system)
    • Dunning
    • Month end closing activities in relation to Russian GAAP
    • Job Cost Controlling – WIP Accounting
    • Primary liaison for Russian statutory auditors and tax authorities
  • Fully responsibility for payroll and work law related issues in Russia
  • Preparation of monthly reporting file under Austrian GAAP (in Excel)
  • Archiving, copying documents (agreements, invoices, etc.)
  • Responsible directly to General Director of the company
  • The position is also suitable for graduates
