International Company is looking for Sales Director
- Leading sales group effectively
- To create optimal conditions for timely and high-quality performance of daily tasks, assigned in accordance to strict regulations of work, marketing technologies, sales plans.
- To direct work under creation of marketing policy and marketing strategy.
- To take part in development of business plans
- To carry out effective control of the actual indicators of sales.
- To conclude on behalf of Society contracts on production delivery.
- To participate in carrying out the analysis of commercial activity for identification of reserves for sales, rational use of material, personnel and other resources.
- To prepare reports on results of commercial activity, statistical reporting, and also their representation in accordance with the established procedure in appropriate authorities.
- Sales budget creation and following.
- Coordination of production planning department, customer service department, expedition department and quality department.
- Higher education
- No less than 5 years on a managerial position
- Experience in a large multinational company in logistics and production planning
- Strategic thinking, project management, strong coordination skills, strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking
- PC – experienced user (including ERP-systems)
- English at Advanced level
- Relocation to Velikiy Novgorod
