- Retail activity management (services posting, monthly accruals, control of stock with managers);
- Land farming activity management (services posting, monthly accruals, control of stock with managers);
- Receivables and payables management (monthly reconciliations (intercompany, retail, land farming Cos));
- Control of construction (primary docs, stocktaking and etc);
- VAT management (retail, land farming);
- Work with banks;
- Work with auditors of Conso FS and Larsel statutory (primary docs);
- Subsidies (primary documentation);
- In the period ahead- enhancement of functions (depending on the Employee’s achievements and abilities);
- Other instructions from chief accountant.
- In accounting not less than 3 years;
- Experience in companies with an international environment is advantageous;
- Knowledge of RGAAP is mandatory;
- Knowledge (introduction) of IFRS is welcomed;
- English (interm, advanced preferable);
- Good command of MS-Excel;
