- Higher education (university degree)
- Business and additional professional (HR, recruitment, PR, marketing) education is a plus
- Local IT market knowledge (technologies knowledge)
- Background at IT companies (outsourcing/outstaffing)
- Recruitment experience — at least 3 years.
- Designing, developing and maintaining of the recruitment process;
- Serve to Innovecs' internal and external customers as a talent acquisition representative
- Provide effective recruitment performance (in-time vacancies closure, internal customers' satisfaction with Innovecs' recruitment services
- Provide in-time reporting and market overview (when needed) to internal customers, Head of Talent Acquisition and other executives at managerial level and above
