Main duties:

  • Direct and control all activities of the Front Office
  • Ensures communications and follow-up on any problems, guest requests or special requirements
  • Control that company standards are being met
  • Encourage and motivate staff to maximize upselling opportunities in order to maximize profit
  • Interviews, trains and schedules the staff
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers


  • RF citizenship
  • Relevant experience in similar position in an international 4*hotel not less than 2 years - is a must
  • Fluent Russian and English both verbally and written
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and innovative
  • Staff oriented and a natural attitude towards providing excellent communication& interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet the deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Knowledge of OPERA
