  • Sourcing of high-end talent researchers for cutting edge engineering projects
  • To meet existing KPIs for talent management processess to ensure execution of assigned tasks
  • Sourcing channel statistics and talent management quality continuous improovement
  • Participate in programs to support the staffing strategy and operating HR plan
  • Drive communication and awareness for the staffing programs internally and externally
  • Work with RRC leaders to realize talent strategy and provide feedback on HR processes improvement

Skills and Traits Preferred:

  • The candidates must have experience in related to talent acquisition areas, and have experience within Technology/Research focused business/academic organization, including Telecom, IT and engineering industry
  • Familiar with information/applicant tracking or recruiting databases/systems
  • Bachelor/Specialist/Master degree in relevant to HR Management areas
  • Strong organizational skills and high degree of attention to details, customer centricity
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to details
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude with interest to develop career as HR partner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Independent thinker with good interpersonal skills as well as a team player


  • 9-30 – 18-00
  • Contract forming with suitable candidates.
  • Office is located about 5 min by walking from city center metro station
