Our client, International leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for an Administrative Manager to join its Russian team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the Administrative department team;
  • Creation, implementation and maintaining internal administrative standards, policies and practices;
  • Providing of administrative services and office-management both for internal and external customers (reception, mail service, travel and visa support, car fleet);
  • Budgeting and cost administrating, cost forecasting for administrative expenses;
  • Negotiating rates and terms with different suppliers and providers;
  • Coordination of the procurement, purchasing and sourcing processes;
  • Controlling due operation of all office equipment and communications;
  • Providing documents signing and monitoring its transfer for payment in time, monitoring terms of contracts with services providers and timely signing of new contracts or its additional agreements;
  • Managing internal and external events (special brand events, project presentations, etc., training sessions, etc.).

Main requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position with a very dynamic international company, with expatriate staff and management team;
  • Client-oriented, dynamic and autonomous, able to effectively interact with different internal and external clients;
  • Fluent English.
