  • Provide administrative and operations support to CEO at Russian and US offices
  • Act as extension of CEO’s authority in administrative matters
  • Deal with incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinate document flow
  • Ensure timely payments of administrative bills
  • Perform miracles :)


  • Completed higher education;
  • Fluent English (both oral and written);
  • Administrative experience not less than 1 year;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office);
  • Stress resistance;
  • Excellent communicative skills;
  • Time management skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks;
  • Readiness to work overtime.
