We' re currently looking for a Saler Manager who will be responsible for the evolution and growth of all aspects of the affiliate program.
The successful candidate will help shape their affiliate channel strategy and be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing affiliates in order to drive the growth of the affiliate channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic recruitment of new publishers that specialize in mobile media with traffic on CPI/CPA models and optimization of existing publishers
  • Develop promotional offers in partnership, proactively seek out new opportunities to promote company’s offers
  • Identify cost-effective, scalable sources of media that can provide qualified and profitable traffic
  • Analyze affiliate statistics during the working day regulary to maximize revenue, identify opportunities, optimize campaigns and solve issues
  • Maintain compliance with affiliate program terms
  • Help resolve customer service inquiries

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in English is a MUST
  • Really strong skills in business development, sales and also in managing the existing relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Well-developed negotiation skills

A BIG Plus:

  • Experience in mobile marketing
  • Understanding of affiliate trends and influencers, media metrics, campaign tracking and optimization - CPI, CPA
  • Hands-on experience with tools and technologies for reporting
