Our client, a development and construction company, is looking for HR Director.
- Acts as a business partner and provide HR business expertise in Development and Construction
- HR strategy development and implementation
- Motivation system integration
- Coordinates implementation of Human Resources services, policies, and programs
- Cultivate business oriented corporative culture
- Recruiting and staffing through all the company needs
- Policy development and documentation
- Organization development
- Employee legislation control
- Other duties as assigned
- From 5 years experience with Human Resource positions in Construction and Development
- Higher University degree in Economics, Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in motivation system implementation
- Comp&Ben system implementation experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Language: Bilingual preferred (Russian/English)
