ON BEHALF OF OUR INTERNATIONAL CLIENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES DIRECTOR

Our client is an international company actives in residential heating systems and we are looking for a Sales Director to drive continuous improvement and optimization of the sales strategies.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITY:

  • Leading and supporting sales team;
  • Creating and implementing the sales strategy in accordance with the head quarter;
  • Identify new business opportunities;
  • Increase market share;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with distributors and clients attempting to increase sales volumes;
  • Competitors pricing and commercial policies analysis;
  • Ensuring clients and distributors are educated about the company product portfolio;
  • Develop and execute marketing plans aimed at maximizing brand awareness, growth and profitability, working within strict budgetary guide lines.

YOUR EXPERIENCES AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience selling residential heating systems;
  • Proven managerial/sales experience;
  • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources);
  • Computer literacy;
  • Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills;
  • Frequent business trips in/outside Russia;
  • English – good written and spoken.
