ON BEHALF OF OUR INTERNATIONAL CLIENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES DIRECTOR
Our client is an international company actives in residential heating systems and we are looking for a Sales Director to drive continuous improvement and optimization of the sales strategies.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITY:
- Leading and supporting sales team;
- Creating and implementing the sales strategy in accordance with the head quarter;
- Identify new business opportunities;
- Increase market share;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with distributors and clients attempting to increase sales volumes;
- Competitors pricing and commercial policies analysis;
- Ensuring clients and distributors are educated about the company product portfolio;
- Develop and execute marketing plans aimed at maximizing brand awareness, growth and profitability, working within strict budgetary guide lines.
YOUR EXPERIENCES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience selling residential heating systems;
- Proven managerial/sales experience;
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources);
- Computer literacy;
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills;
- Frequent business trips in/outside Russia;
- English – good written and spoken.
