Main responsibilities:

  • Deploy the QRQC approach in all areas of the division.
    • Train people to QRQC steps, including On Job Training for all QRQC’s, ensure deployment of QRQC Step3
    • Validate that indicators are in place in all departments : Logistics (Service Rate, Back-order), Sales (Customer Red Box, meeting minutes, catalog issues), Warehouse (Safety, Kosu), Warranty, Customer Service, Techn. hotline.
  • Manage the return flow with our customers
    • Animate the warranty QRQC
    • Provide technical analysis and compensation to customer in line with customer expectations and QCDM criteria
    • Lead management of main customer issues such as recalls or red alerts
    • Claims escalation to suppliers based on QRQC standard
    • Organize analysis in the field if required
  • Deploy and maintain Quality system
    • Deploy Quality Strategy and Quality Improvement Plan through the division
    • Deploy Valeo quality tools
    • Define, animate and obtain the quality system certification for the division (ISO9001)
    • Develop descriptions of division business processes quality and effectiveness, analyse and propose improvement actions
    • Perform and managing quality external and internal audits in the division
    • Coordinate V5000 Actions plan and Animate the V5000 Total Quality and Supplier Integration road maps
    • Follow local technical compliance certification process (TR CU 018.11)
  • Manage supplier quality activities
    • Animate the supplier QRQC
    • Open supplier incidents in SRM database
    • Challenge and coach supplier to provide containment, analysis, action plan, lessons learned for quality issues
    • Ensure the charge-back to the supplier due to supplier non quality, track CNQ at Div level
  • Manage weekly and monthly quality reporting for the Division, headquarter KPI's
  • Deploy and manage 5s approach in division areas (warehouse quality zone, office)
  • Manage fire safety on site

Key requirements:

  • Higher education technical (automotive) or quality management
  • Experience in quality automotive/autoparts not less than 3 years is a must
  • Experience in certification process management
  • ISO 9001 certification
  • QMS implementation experience
  • Warehouse base documentation and processes knowledge
  • English language at a high level (regular correspondence and negotiations)
  • Good communication skills
