  1. Lead the development and implementation of Customer Engagement Programs including Net Promoter Score System, Referral Program, Review Platform, etc. in collaboration with the Marketing, Product Management, Support and WebDev teams
  2. Maintain and improve the current Net Promoter Score System
  3. Maintain Brand Advocacy database for product feedback purposes
  4. Build analytics system for Customer Engagement Programs
  5. Track metrics and continually evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and implement improvements, provide reports on metrics
  6. Use competitive analysis to improve Customer Engagement Programs
  7. Build consistent processes across all of envolved teams regarding the Customer Engagement program efforts
  8. Manage project budget and resource allocation
  9. Use modern Project management methods and tools to monitor project progress and provide supervision (Agile, Scrum)
  10. Resolve conflicts within and between projects if necessary


  1. Strong project management skills
  2. High level of autonomy
  3. Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business & technical teams
  5. Experience working with Agile methodology

Good written & verbal communication skills (English)
