Provide administrative support for the department and management including e-mail and telephone communication, mail distribution, and preparing and proof-reading correspondence, maintaining filing systems.
Efficient planning and full support in organization of business trips, followed by a proper reporting after.
Making travel arrangements, booking accommodation and processing claims for expenses.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences including coordinating room arrangements, audio-visual and catering needs, preparing and distributing agendas and materials, attending meetings, recording and distributing minutes, and related duties.
Review, code and process invoices, payment requests, and mileage reimbursement, in collaboration with the Purchasing and Accounting departments.
Maintain and report department statistics. Prepare and submit routine and adhoc reports as requested.
