•Create content (in the form of Blogs, videos, articles, PPT, infographics) related to Recruitment and HR
•Collect data and lists of targets for email and social media campaigns.
•Create relevant material for marketing and our businesses to potential candidates.
•Responsible for social media marketing on linkedin.com, facebook.com and twitter.com.
•High Quality Inbound Link Generation from employment and recruitment related websites.
•Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies
•Create and define employer brand positioning and the annual marketing calendar for Human Resource Department.
•Implement HR Brand Identity guidelines internally and externally and monitoring stakeholders for adherence to the same.
•Acting as the Interface with Marketing/HR teams to influence the pipeline of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
Experience and expertise:
•University degree in Marketing & Communication
Knowledge / Experience:
•Marketing background & Creative Networking Expertise.
•Should be able to lead strategic and day-to-day Employer brand development projects
•Excellent knowledge and practical experience in marketing & Communication
•Expertise in working on Social media platforms (linkedin.com, facebook.com & twitter.com, etc.)
•Communication and presentation skills
•Minimum of 2+ years proven experience in Marketing position
•Excellent marketing and corporate communication skills and acumen
•Systematical approach and structural thinking
