Leading international FMCG company is looking for Junior Brand Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitor, measure and manage brand equity on the Russian market vs. market, consumer and business objectives
  • Increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection
  • Develop marketing plan in order to reach business targets
  • Monitor progress against plan
  • Drive brand understanding and support throughout the organization, with focus on sales department, trade marketing
  • Drive initiatives that support delivery of the brand promise and business KPIs with focus on BTL and Digital


  • University degree
  • Strong analytical skills-is a must
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Good knowledge of digital tools in brand marketing
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and at a cross- functional level
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work across countries and cultures
  • Verbal and written fluency in Russian and English
