Affiliate manager is responsible for adding new partners and maintaining relationship with current business partners in many countries. We are looking for somebody who results oriented mindset and is willing to learn and go out of the box in order to achieve the set goals. Prior experience in customer support or sales is a plus and would be helpful in this process.
- Contact and develop relationships with potential partners via phone, email, etc.
- Working with existing lead database, as well as conducting own research based on give parameters.
- Maintain high level of communication with current affiliates, serve as an intermediary between partners and technical department, resolve
- Ability to reach weekly/monthly goals
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in sales/account management or customer support is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have solid verbal and written communication skills (English is a must, other languages are a plus! )
- Must be a critical thinker and be able to problem solve
- Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
- Fast learner and results oriented mindset is must!
