Objectives:

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly & annual category targets;
  • Distributor management across all Kazakhstan regions (14 distributors);
    • Development of distributor management systems
    • Tracking performance
    • Preparation of annual business plans with distributors
    • Distributors’ performance evaluation in terms of penetration / channel management, etc.
    • Capability building
  • Staff management / Team management &capability building (3 direct reports)


Requirements:

  • English Language –Minimum Intermediate;
  • Good knowledge of distributor management;
  • Higher education;
  • Experience in sales in FMCG sector as a manager for at least 3 years (preferably for all Kazakhstan);
  • Good team player;
  • Experienced PC user (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Management skills, Communication skills, responsibility, analytical skills, client oriented.


Conditions:

  • Area coverage - Kazakhstan;
  • Business trips within Kazakhstan 1-2 times a month (30% of total time);
  • The working day from 09.00 - 18.00, lunch, mobile benefit, medical insurance (after expiration of the trial period).
