- Achieving monthly, quarterly & annual category targets;
- Distributor management across all Kazakhstan regions (14 distributors);
- Development of distributor management systems
- Tracking performance
- Preparation of annual business plans with distributors
- Distributors’ performance evaluation in terms of penetration / channel management, etc.
- Capability building
- Staff management / Team management &capability building (3 direct reports)
- English Language –Minimum Intermediate;
- Good knowledge of distributor management;
- Higher education;
- Experience in sales in FMCG sector as a manager for at least 3 years (preferably for all Kazakhstan);
- Good team player;
- Experienced PC user (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Management skills, Communication skills, responsibility, analytical skills, client oriented.
- Area coverage - Kazakhstan;
- Business trips within Kazakhstan 1-2 times a month (30% of total time);
- The working day from 09.00 - 18.00, lunch, mobile benefit, medical insurance (after expiration of the trial period).
