Now we are looking for a customer service representative to help us answer inbound e-mails from customers. And also to answer customers' questions on Facebook page.
- to respond to customers’ inquiries via e-mails, Facebook, on-line chat in an efficient and effective manner
- to evaluate, troubleshoot and follow-up of customers’ issues
