We design and produce modern gadgets like CreoPop (3D-pen with amazing cool inks, creopop.com) or TimeFlip (physical time-tracker, timeflip.io), etc.

Now we are looking for a customer service representative to help us answer inbound e-mails from customers. And also to answer customers' questions on Facebook page.

Your duties:

  • to respond to customers’ inquiries via e-mails, Facebook, on-line chat in an efficient and effective manner
  • to evaluate, troubleshoot and follow-up of customers’ issues
  • to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

You should

  • speak English fluently
  • have good interpersonal skills
  • be customer-oriented
  • have confidence and communication skills
  • have the ability to listen and anticipate
  • have the skills of diplomacy and self-control
