Обращаем внимание, что на первые 6 месяцев работы Сотрудник будет приниматься по Гражданско Правовому Договору Подряда. В случае выполнения KPI, Сотрудник будет принят в штат компании.

Идеальный Кандидат должен иметь опыт работы в FMCG на стороне Производителя, или Торговой сети и обладать навыками презентации, быть профессиональным Менеджером и Энтузиастом, надежным Коллегой, готовым решать различные задачи в развивающейся Компании с немецким подходом к построению Бизнеса.

Due to the expansion of our business activities in Russia we are seeking a highly motivated individual for the key position of Business Development Director

Job description - Business Development Director


  • Targeting new Clients and supporting existing Clients in FMCG Producers and Retail sectors, in order to find solution for existing business challenges through shopper centricity and implement these solutions together with the Clients

Main Tasks:

  • Develop and promote customized solutions within the Company approach (Analytical reports of main Sales KPI's based on Scan Data and LC Data, new products Testings, Positioning, Store layout, Assortment, Visibility, Price, Promotion, Loyalty management ...) to our Clients
  • Active acquisition of new Clients and Projects
  • Implement the created solutions together with the Client in a way that the solutions can be used unlimited after project completion
  • Independent project planning and management in Client projects
  • Current optimization of Company solutions and products
  • Steer and manage consultants, project teams and Clients within projects
  • Be informed about news & development in FMCG market and use this knowledge in all tasks
  • Maintain intense contact to Clients and principals

Professional Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ professional experience in the FMCG industry, or Retail at a leading brand company, preferred in Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing and / or strategy or Category Management
  • Analytical and Sales skills
  • Category management certification and Project management certification (IPMA Level D or higher) is a plus
  • Management- and/or project experience in an international environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluent in English
