Key Account Manager - Russia

As a Key Account Manager in Axis you will be “the spider in the web”, making sure that our top customers constantly gets the full value of Axis. You will be working on the field, closely to our existing customers, making sure that you are there as a partner for them, ensuring our common success in big project. It will also be your job to find new opportunities and make business of them in order to grow Axis presence in the market.
The accounts you will be responsible for are either selected partners, System Integrators (SI) with high short and long term revenue potential, potential “future” accounts (partners or potential partners) or partners involved in high value projects. You will handle these accounts on a daily basis, acting as a professional interface between the accounts and Axis.
Your main responsibility will be to:
- Develop clear business plans for the selected accounts
- Set annual targets on each account and continuously follow up KPI:s on these.
- Actively participate in trade shows, seminars Academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities.
- Work closely together with the system integrators and train them; in order to develop the project pipeline and close projects
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for a driven and self-motivated team player with high ambitions and an ability to take initiatives. You have a strong technical background and have experience from working with indirect sales, preferably in a technical sales position from the IT or Security industry. You are pro-active in your work and have ability to manage time and prioritize. Apart from this we think you have the following qualifications:
- An educational background in relevant area
- Proven experience in a similar sales position (indirect sales)
- Strong sales drive and high customer focus
- Excellent communications/negotiation skills
- Good team player
- English (written and spoken)
- Driving license
This is a field sales position and you are expected to spend a lot of time visiting customer, high degree of travel will be considered a natural part of your job. WHAT CAN AXIS DO FOR YOU?
