Avon Cosmetics Kazakhstan was opened in 2003. The head office of the company is located in BC "Rixos", Almaty and a warehouse with an assembly line is located along Suyunbai Avenue. To date, Avon Kazakhstan employs about 200 employees and 15 at the Company's office in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.

Alternative delivery specialist (Supply Chain Department)

Main Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate work of alternative and Kazpost PUPs and alternative types of delivery: commercial PUPs, address delivery, postomates, etc.
  • Coordination of address delivery system reports (and other reports on alternative PUPs and alternative types of delivery) ensure each vendor gets appropriate report with appropriate data.
  • Daily follow up of address delivery orders (alternative PUPs orders and other alternative types of delivery orders) to be handled in time to appropriate person.
  • Coordinate process of shipment to alternative vendors with Shipment department .
  • To develop and fill in on constant bases expanded report on alternative PUPs and alternative types of delivery (split by cities, share from total orders, etc.).
  • Monitoring level of service (KPI) provided by alternative PUP vendors and couriers. Daily follow up of On Time Delivery KPI.
  • Participation in Tenders for alternative Vendors.
  • To carry out other tasks necessary to perform daily processes and tasks assigned by Supervisor or Transportation Manager.

Main Requirements:

  • University degree , technical background as an added value
  • Min 2 years within logistics, courier company or Kazpost as an added value
  • Good technical understanding of function’s processes and equipment to enable basic problem solving;
  • Good PC skills to extract critical data from systems
  • English and Kazakh speaking as an added value.
