The client of Acteon is a global leader and well-known name within the women underwear and lingerie segment. With over 100 years of history, today the brand is quickly expanding in Russia and is launching new start-up operations by taking over the operations from their distributor in Russia. Going with these strategic, exciting and challenging plans, we are looking for a talented and accomplished Retail Regional Manager with demonstrable success in the Retail industry.


  • To guarantee the development of the turnover and the profitability of the points of sale
  • To manage the teams in accordance with the brand strategy and our client's value
  • To ensure the development of the employees of the Company
  • To guarantee the image and visual identity of the brand
  • To ensure compliance with procedures and guidelines of the Company
  • To fulfill and act on oral and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of his/her immediate supervisors, other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Employer, if necessitated by business requirements and, therefore, deemed to be production assignments.


  • To ensure the commercial performance of sales outlets
  • To ensure the implementation of the commercial policy on his/her sector: define the turnover targets for each indicator and each store. To elaborate action plans according to the budget. To guarantee the image of the brand on his/her region by making sure about the conformity of the storage site and prioritizing maintenance actions;
  • To guarantee attractive points of sale in compliance with the merchandising standards as well as the window recommendations
  • To ensure the application of the brand's commercial and marketing policy (commercial operation, loyalty program, etc.);
  • To analyze competition and propose marketing actions at the local level
  • To ensure compliance with the logistic treatment of the goods (reception, return, etc.)
  • To ensure compliance with the rules of receipt process, bank deposit, refund, cash error declaration, management of various means of payment
