Executive Recruiter for Central & Eastern Europe - $5000/month - REMOTE

As Crossover’s Central and Eastern Europe Executive Recruiter, you will be defining a new direction for Crossover. Due to our success in filling great teams within our customers - they have now asked us to also help fill their senior executive roles. Your role as the Executive Recruiter will be to work closely with these CEOs and senior executives to help understand their needs, identify then deliver high caliber candidates. You will be working with our most strategic clients through a high touch candidate relationship management. You will be responsible for leveraging your network to help connect and source candidates, discuss the role with them, screen them and present candidates to the client. You will, in parallel, build and extend our senior client relationships. Professionalism in both client-facing and candidate-facing activities is key, as is your ability to understand the client’s business objectives and challenges and tailor your recruitment process accordingly.
Expand Crossover’s business to include the ability to fill senior executive positions within our top clients. These senior executive positions command salaries up to $1M/yr.
Create a sourcing strategy to identify candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements
Conduct role briefing with client, establish candidate requirements and set expectations for recruitment process
Client Relationship Management - Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner. Organize weekly update meetings and deliver regular updates on candidate interactions and progression to hire.
Candidate Relationship Management - understand career drivers and personal motivation to move forward in recruitment process.
Maintain relationship and effectively communicate position opportunity to ensure available and responsive to opportunity.
Establish relationships with leaders to get a full understanding of their business objectives
Drive highly qualified candidates through the evaluation and recruitment process, delivering a highly customized and positive hiring process
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in client facing executive recruiting roles interacting with senior executives throughout the recruitment process
5+ years experience at a Top 20 executive search firm
Strong networking skills
Excellent written and verbal English
