US Based Tour Operator Sun Sea Escapes is looking for a travel industry specialist to fill a position of Business Development Associate.
The qualified candidate will be put in charge to lead a multi - stage business development project.
The candidate should have extensive experience in travel industry, ability to work independently and communicate efficiently.
- Source new sales opportunities through the Agents provided (calls, emails etc)
- Introduce our product, promote and encourage new Agents to know more about Sun Sea Escapes
- Manage new accounts from the beginning: make sure they have adequate training, information and are ready to sell Sun Sea Escapes products in USA
- Build well targeted working relationship with every Travel Agent in his area
- Continuously contact and work (individually) with a big number of Agents that are already registered with Sun Sea Escapes in USA
- Hight Production performance: Maintain and expand the number of sales within the assigned list of Agents
- Take part in development and implementation of a Tourist Loyalty programm, provide additional motivation for Tour Agents to sell Sun Sea Escapes packages
- Complete and submit sales reports regularly and in a timely manner
- Complete other assignments and projects as required
- High level of English (C1-C2) oral and written is a must!
- Experience in cold calling is a must (communication in English will be a big plus!)
- Successful employment / consulting track record in travel industry will be a big plus
- University degree is a plus
- Great communication, selling and organizational skills
Contract Compensation and Conditions:
- We will offer 55,000 rubles/ month + incentive bonuses tied to performances (with bonuses incl. you get up to 70.000/month and higher )
- All work is expected to be done on remote basis (from home), 5 days a week, from 17:00 till 01:00 Msk time
- No relocation require, no travel is expected
