Mission/ Position Summary: Ownership and advocacy of digital marketing for all brands across the company

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the digital strategy, digital marketing plan and digital touch point selection for all core consumer brands, working closely with regional team, product managers and agencies.
  • Ownership and management of corporate and all brands’ website, including designing, adaptation, content design and optimization.
  • Ensure excellence in execution of digital marketing plans, leveraging agencies and regional and local key stakeholders.
  • Define & track key KPIs across all digital touch points and constantly optimize digital campaign to deliver best in class results, including conversion from online to offline
  • Ownership and management of agencies and other external contractors for (digital) media planning, advertising campaign and brand promotion in a digital environment
  • Management of the total budget of digital marketing for all brands, including planning & tracking
  • Support tactical digital marketing projects by collaborating with sales and marketing.
  • Be the Single Point of Contact for all matters digital among regional and local key stakeholders.

  • 4-6 years working experience in digital marketing on the client and/or the agency side.
  • Professional knowledge & ideally past experience in:
    • Website design & development (CMS, HTML + CSS)
    • Search Marketing (Paid & Organic like Google Adwords and Yandex Direct)
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Display Mobile Marketing
    • Tracking & Analytics (Google Tag Manager, Google or Yandex Analytics)
    • Digital Media Planning & Buying
    • Targeting & Retargeting (CCM, RSA)
    • e-Commerce
  • Experience in preparing sales & marketing presentations, cross channel marketing.
  • Ability to develop and implement consumer (B2C) & customer (B2B) loyalty programs.
  • Possession of google.adwords and
  • Basic graphic design skills for online purposes.
  • Digital Marketing from the client or the agency side.
  • Graduate from University, with marketing or digital related specialization.
  • English – fluent & French – nice to have.
  • Strong leadership and collaborative skill. Strong ownership and operation with discipline. Proactive and results driven.


  • Office is located near the metro station Butyrskaya
  • Opening hours from 9 to 18 hours, Mon-Fri.
  • Compliance with Russian labor legislation (registration, official salary and bonuses, paid vacation of 28 calendar days, and sick leaves) + compansation package.
  • Salary - level will be discussed individually.
