Mission/ Position Summary: Ownership and advocacy of digital marketing for all brands across the company
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the digital strategy, digital marketing plan and digital touch point selection for all core consumer brands, working closely with regional team, product managers and agencies.
- Ownership and management of corporate and all brands’ website, including designing, adaptation, content design and optimization.
- Ensure excellence in execution of digital marketing plans, leveraging agencies and regional and local key stakeholders.
- Define & track key KPIs across all digital touch points and constantly optimize digital campaign to deliver best in class results, including conversion from online to offline
- Ownership and management of agencies and other external contractors for (digital) media planning, advertising campaign and brand promotion in a digital environment
- Management of the total budget of digital marketing for all brands, including planning & tracking
- Support tactical digital marketing projects by collaborating with sales and marketing.
- Be the Single Point of Contact for all matters digital among regional and local key stakeholders.
- Office is located near the metro station Butyrskaya
- Opening hours from 9 to 18 hours, Mon-Fri.
- Compliance with Russian labor legislation (registration, official salary and bonuses, paid vacation of 28 calendar days, and sick leaves) + compansation package.
