Our client: is a global provider of business solutions (equipment and technology) for corporate clients in business and public sectors. It is a multinational company with representative offices and partner network in more than 50 countries all over the world. In Ukraine, the company has a well-developed business and is interested in further expansion on the market.
Position: Regional Sales Director
The role: Lead and develop direct sales on the assigned territory, manage and develop the sales team.
- Organizing the work of the unit with regards to business planning and business management
- Leading sales activities, identifying prospective market segments for business development, coaching of the sales team
- Participation in client visits, account management for key clients
- Planning and control of expenses for the business unit
- Management of the sales team (setting tasks and control, development and coaching, involvement into hiring and adaptation if needed)
- Development/Update of motivational programs for the sales team
- Active collaboration with other business units to generate and realize cross-sales opportunities
- Close cooperation with support functions to ensure the delivery of clients’ requests and projects.
- University degree
- Proven track record in Direct sales
- Strong leadership skills, practical experience in managing the sales team (minimum 3 employees)
- Outstanding commercial and negotiations skills. Focus to sell solutions rather than standard products
- Upper-intermediate English.
