Mailigen is one of the leading Email Marketing Automation Platforms Globally, servicing and helping to develop to any size of business, organization or individual.

Your basic responsibilities will include:

  • Strong user support via email, chat and phone
  • Constant communication between support engineers, system developers and users
  • Resolving account enquiries and problems
  • Changing configuration of JIRA
  • The creation and constant updating of a knowledge base
  • Improving the end-user support quality

Required skills and abilities:

  • Fluency in Russian written and spoken and good English (intermediate level)
  • Experience in user-support
  • Training ability to the end user
  • Ability to learn, understand translate technical information quickly
  • Ability to understand the client's problems and offer a perfect solution to their unique need
  • Basic knowledge of API (PHP and .NET) coupled with logical reasoning and troubleshooting
  • SMTP configuration skills
  • Be able to learn and master new technologies
  • Understanding software development processes (bug tracking and agile practices)
  • System administration and Software testing experience will be considered a big plus
