Acumatica is a leading provider of cloud business management software. Acumatica delivers a suite of fully integrated business management applications, such as Financials, Distribution, CRM, and Project Accounting, on a robust and flexible platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level of tech support and troubleshoot issues pertaining to Acumatica ERP system.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals/partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Communicating with clients and Acumatica partners through chat, email and phone.
  • Contribute ideas to resolve problems to better serve the customer and partners.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Solve problems that may be unstructured and that may require reliance on conceptual thinking.
  • Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification.
  • Create knowledge base articles for Acumatica self-service portal.

Qualifications/Skills:

Must:

  • Excellent client management and/or communication skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • A good understanding of at least one of the below areas: Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Distribution (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) and/or CRM.
  • Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor.
  • Must be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and absolutely confidential with all matters.
  • Intermediate computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Nice to have:

  • At least 1y previous experience with ERP system solutions such as Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, SAP, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, Sage, Siebel or other is a huge advantage.
  • Technical Support Experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices are a plus.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
