We are looking for a talented Office Manager to become part of our team in Moscow.
Your main responsibilities:
- Organising meetings and company events
- Ordering stationery, coffee/snacks for the office
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters and reports
- Managing office budgets
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and couriers
- Implementing and maintaining procedures (e.g. routines for cleaning, etc).
- Assisting company’s HR function with ad hoc tasks
- Ability to establish and meet priorities, deadlines, and objectives
- Higher education
- Upper intermediate English
- Creative mindset
- PC literacy
- Focus on quality, precision, and punctual delivery of results
