Parity (USDP) is a new financial tool with a specific purpose: to build a bridge between digital assets and traditional financeand banking. It offers users transparency and institutional quality asset safekeeping. We believe it will become the digital asset proxy for cash.
Parity is a stable-coin fully-backed by the world’s biggest reserve currency: the US dollar (USD). It will allow individuals and businesses to trade instantaneously with each other in US dollars without the need for banks, brokers or other intermediaries.
We’re looking for bright sparks to join our Customer Support team and help us maintain the highest level of customer service. Currently we are looking for candidates able to work from 18:00 till 24:00 (Moscow time)
- Online and voice technical user support: answering questions, solving problems arising while using the product.
- Collection of information and complaints from users, prompt transfer of this information to the IT department specialists.
- Monitoring project references and reviews in the social media: replying and commenting on forums and in social networks, creating a positive brand reputation.
- Proficient spoken and written English: upper-intermediate / advanced / fluent (additional languages as an advantage);
- High typing speed;
- High learning ability: ability to dive into new topics and learn how to use new software fast;
- Trading field or/and blockchain&crypto field basic concepts understanding as an advantage;
- Remote workplace: a separate room without external noise, high-speed Internet, headset, PC.
