eLama is the largest context advertising automation service in Russia.

We are an IT-company and have been on the market for 10 years.
Today there are more than 350 employees in our company working in Russia, Kazakhstan and Brazil.

There are more than 10 teams of software engineers along with designers, product managers, scrum masters and marketers who work on the development of eLama service.

Now we are looking for a HR BP


  • recruiting - vacancies of the Marketing Department, IT-positions (developers, QA and other, direct the search or via alternative channels – Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • vacancies in international offices of our company (Kazakhstan, Brazil, Ireland);
  • HRBP: full management of one or more departments, management of the adaptation process, development and evaluation of employees together with the Head of Department,
  • training planning and conduction.
  • participating in projects of the Department: development of HR brand, training, motivation program, corporate culture and values.

  • you are HR BP, Recruiter or HR-generalist with the relevant experience in IT-recruiting;
  • you have experience in HR projects: development and implementation of adaptation, motivation, personnel evaluation processes, implementation of HR brand from 1 year experience in any type of projects is sufficient;
  • you understand marketing tools for creating funnels to attract candidates;
  • you are good with numbers – you know how to perform recruiting analytics;
  • you are open, friendly, proactive. You appreciate teamwork, but can also work independently on your projects;
  • English level - upper intermediate and above: you will conduct interviews, write documents and build processes for colleagues in the international offices of our company.
