The Support Engineer is responsible for delivering information about the products, answering technical questions about current functionality, the product execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, supporting at defining the product vision, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, ensuring customer satisfaction goals are met.


  • Provide customer support to customers, prospects and third-party vendors introduced by Business Development team via Skype and email
  • Accurately record time spent and actions taken to resolve customer’s issues
  • Keep informed of new developments of the company
  • Driven to provide an effortless and professional customer experience
  • Provide remote support of related software components
  • Leverage all approved internal resources to continuously deliver up to date service
  • Monitor and follow proactive steps to mitigate problem support cases
  • Remain knowledgeable of customer and partner relationships
  • Maintain awareness of the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms
  • Comply with applicable confidentiality, license, and support agreements
  • Work collaboratively within the support team and interfacing with other teams
  • Responsible for processing tickets
  • Communicate with customers to set expectations throughout the escalation process
  • Ensure department procedures and initiatives are followed at all times
  • Be an expert in the Company Products


  • Intermediate Knowledge of Windows Servers, Windows Command Line, netsh.
    Basic MySQL knowledge
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • English – upper-intermediate or better

  • The probationary period 3 months
  • Paid Annual leave 28 days
  • Remote work

Education period takes 1 month and is paid by the Employer.

We are looking for the candidate with the following working schedule:

1. Sun - Thu 23.00 - 8.00 UTC+3 (including 1-hour break)
