We are seeking an experienced Web Analyst responsible for the Analysis and gathering of insights for web traffic across our portfolio of websites (, etc.). You will join our marketing team with the overall goal of increasing lead generation. Your role will be to closely monitor and report on crucial insights for the websites' performance using web analytics toolsets and drive continuous improvement. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing. We are seeking a colleague who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and changing environment.

The ideal candidate will have had previous hands-on experience as a web analyst/internet marketer, and will be able to give examples of how his/her insight helped shape a particular digital strategy/project.


  • Outstanding analytical skills with a strong knowledge of multiple analytical tools and programs
  • Experience working with large internal databases
  • Experience working with complex web-based products
  • Experience working with behavioural analytics tools: Mixpanel, WebEngage
  • Experience building analytics processes together with Marketing and Development teams
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and MySQL will be considered an advantage
  • Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimisation)
  • Strong understanding of UX
  • Showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
  • Self-starter and strong independent contributor – that excels in a team – and pushes the team forward
  • Ambitious critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude
  • Working background in an international environment is essential
  • Fluent English – you will be reporting to a non-Russian speaker
  • Experience working with a remote team or team members
  • Experience in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage
  • Advanced expertise in the generation, collection and analysis of visitor behaviour data
  • Ability to run in-depth reports and present them to the broader teams & stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters to a non-technical audience


  • Monitor and report on website performance using analytical tools, including Google Analytics
  • Analyse and document the impact of online marketing tactics, site changes, events and other critical drivers of website performance.
  • Build, produce reports and present recommendations to the marketing team
  • Make recommendations for customer experience optimisation by utilising the full range of data sources.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business/Marketing Analytics
  • Understand the target consumer and help to optimise their online experienc
  • Proactively analyse data, including drop-off behaviour of website visitors
  • Identify A/B tests and generate funnel optimisation suggestions in close co-operation with other marketing department colleagues
  • Discover and manage existing and new customer profiles and segments used to optimise performance
  • Provide reports and dashboards regularly
