Sphere Software Inc. is a leading global provider of proven high-quality software development, testing and consulting services.

Established in 2005 with headquarters in Chicago, USA and with R&D centers in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Ukraine, and Saint Petersburg, Russia, the company currently employs 150+ highly qualified SW Engineers, Architects, PMs and QAs.

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our newly opened Minsk office and become part of our international HR Team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of successful HRM experience

  • Experience in development and implementation of HR processes and best practices

  • Finance/economics background is a plus to help manage budget and invoicing for remote Belarus employee population

  • Ability to handle employee relations and potential issues

  • Ability to work efficiently in a distributed team setting

  • Upper-Intermediate English (advanced is preferred)

  • Professional conduct, common sense and diplomacy

  • A degree in either social or economic studies

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct employee onboarding process

  • Advise management on company policy, employee relations and performance management issues

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with local Minsk and remote Belarus employees

  • Process all invoices and consolidate budget at the end of the month to ensure all salaries are due on time

  • Facilitate the annual performance review cycle for Minsk and remote Belarus employees

  • Take initiative to propose and implement ongoing improvements to the Company’s HR brand and HR processes or adapt and implement new processes created at corporate level in a local setting

  • Work with Minsk and Belarus remote employees on their career growth and personal improvement, identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations

  • Help plan and take part in happy hours, team-building activities, conferences, and corporate events and other administrative duties as assigned (i.e. office management and administration)
