ERP Support Engineer (Level 2)

- Provide 2nd level support and troubleshoot issues pertaining to Acumatica solutions.
- Communicate effectively with individuals/partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer requests.
- Transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party.
- Contribute ideas to resolve problems to better serve the customer and partners
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification.
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Proficient in English
- A good understanding of one of the below areas: Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Distribution (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) and/or CRM
- Previous consulting experience with ERP system solutions such as Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, SAP, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, Sage, Siebel or other is a huge advantage
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with C# is a plus
- Technical Support Experience is preferred.
