At the heart of the Russian Market we are looking for a talented Sales Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the role and in the furniture sector with a good knowledge of the Russian territory.
- Moscow (availability to travel also in other Russian regions)
The person will be responsible for managing the Business in Moscow as well as some Russian regions, working closely to our Russian partner and developing the influencer net in Russia.
- Responsible to reach project and retail sales targets in the reference area.
- Will work closely to our customer to inflate our culture and to help him to maximize the opportunities.
- Responsible to identify key designers and developers of the area working in the luxury real estate and to build long-term collaborations.
- Responsible to define customer plans with our partner, based on annual and 3-years growth targets that take into account the value chain (from sell-in to sell-out price).
- Responsible for carefully prepare updates on the performance of the reference area for each periodic review with the zone director.
- Business intelligence on the market on products, players, pricing and R&D
- Dealing with back office team of the HQ in order to provide the client with the best service in terms of quality and timing
- Resident/or willing to relocate in Moscow.
- Planning and organizational skills.

- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of Russian, English or Italian
