Client Facing

About You

  • Fluent English
  • Proven success in creating exceptional and impactful customer service experiences
  • You are friendly, professional, and know how to take care of customers
  • Background with support of a tech product, ideally in the martech/ adtech space
  • Highly organized when it comes to task tracking across multiple clients
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bonus points if you are a Sequel or Tableau wizard

Key responsibilities include:
  • Customers are your #1 priority, and you’ll do whatever it takes to support them.
  • Learning our product inside and out to be able to solve simple questions quickly
  • You will be working directly with our clients to solve any tech issues that arise in a timely manner
  • You'll help the sales team on-board new clients and field any questions during the on-boarding process.
  • You will track all tasks meticulously to make sure they have completed within a reasonable time period.
  • You'll work closely with our sales team and account managers to resolve issues as they arise.
  • You'll also work closely with our development team to make sure all tasks are pacing for a timely delivery.


Hours:

  • 18.00 - 03.00 (Moscow time)
