We are looking for a very sociable, attentive to customers, friendly and problem solving Customer Support/ Account Manager!
We offer a remote full-time employment by GMT-4 time zone work schedule.

The headquarters is in the USA.
The company provides a popular business service for thousands of customers in several countries.

What you will do:
- Provide technical and customer support to business customers,
- Train customers on how to use the service,
- Answer questions about the platform,
- Conducting online presentations of our platform (Skype, Zoom),
- Transfer customers to different tariff plans,
- Creation and updating information for help centers and FAQs.

Requirements:
- Advanced English fluency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 1+ year of experience working with customers
- Self motivated with a drive to deliver the best.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Schedule and salary:
- Working hours from 9:00 to 21:00 by Florida, 5/2 or 2/2.
- Salary up to 3000-4000$.
- Remote work.
- Unlimited flexible time off policy.
