Honeywell is looking for Channel Sales Manager to Industrial Safety Business (PPE and Gas detectors)

Main responsibilities:

  • Sales management and business development of Distribution Channel in the territory of Russia & CU.
  • Support sales team in coordination with PPE and Gas team leaders, follow up on major activities
  • AOP responsible. Maximize market share by building a network of regional distributors and dealers, the development of the dealer and installer network.
  • Experience in selling Safety products
  • Experience in working in B2B with distribution channel is required
  • Work closely with Country Business Leader, Strategic & Product Marketing, European colleagues to identify new business model and price strategy to grow market share
  • Maintain constant contact with partners, customers and other market players, the identification of new projects and customer needs
  • Identify customer needs and contribute to development of local production team

Job Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Industrial Safety market, knowledge of gas analytics products as a plus;
  • Experience in developing distribution network of 20-40 partners within RF and CIS;
  • Experience in selling high-end market products and solutions in foreign company;
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, good presentation skills, capability to convince the customer
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated successful sales management, preferably in high-end market segment within a foreign company;
  • Sales result oriented personality with strong leadership and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent English
