Globus Russia, the daughter company of Globus Holding, Germany, one of the largest Retail companies in Russia, is currently implementing a CRM Solution to support new business domain Customer Engagement& eCommerce. In order to support the implementation Globus Russia opens a position of CRM consultant in IT Business Applications at Moscow office, which would act as an internal functional expert during the project and will support the Customer Engagement&eCommerce business domain in the future.

Your function:

Participation in CRM implementation project as SAP CRM Consultant and/or functional expert;

Proactively participate in identifying solutions, designing concepts, system improvements or opportunities and driving for their implementation in the frame of project implementation and support;

Capture, collect, describe complex business requirements and facilitate workshops for interviewing key-users and business process owners during project phases;

Drives technology and business process innovation by implementing sound IT Solutions for the business domain Customer Engagement and eCommerce;

Prepare Business Blueprints, System Design, fit/gap analyses, technical specifications and test scenarios;

Design, configure and test Loyalty and Digital marketing Solutions;

Support the migration and Quality assurance in all project phases and support;

Carry out complex assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures or business processes;

Acts as liaison with business process owners, solution owners, key-users and global team;

Provide key-user and end user trainings, documentation;

Third Level support of applications (SAP, non-SAP) supporting Customer Relationship and Multichannel business processes;

Establish close collaboration with fellow project teams, Global Competence Center and external suppliers to ensure that CRM Solution is adapted for local business requirements.

What you will need to bring to the team:

2+ years of relevant working experience as SAP CRM Consultant, implementing and/or supporting Business areas Marketing, Sales&Distribution, Customer Service, eCommerce as well as Analytics, preferably in Retail and/or FMCG and/or excellent understanding of Retail and/or consumer goods industry;

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Economics, Business or related field;

Participation in at least one SAP CRM implementation;

Experience to work under pressure in global project teams;

Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of his/her comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit;

English not less than Intermediate is mandatory;

Analytical and innovative problem solving skills;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to work on various and cross-functional subjects, integrative mindset.

Will be considered as an advantage :

Experience implementing SAP CRM Solutions on HANA is an advantage and/or experience in automation of the following business processes: campaign management, segmentation, dynamic content, Subscription management, E-commerce integration, trigger based marketing and analytics;

Ideally familiar with the requirements of Customer Relationship Management; understanding of digital marketing, role of content and search as part of Customer Engagement strategy;

Experience in integration of SAP CRM Solution with POS Systems, Supply Chain management or Webshop e-commerce is a plus;

Experience in implementing and/or supporting SAP for Retail;
