As Sales Building Drainage Manager of a leading in building drainage supplier, you will food, beverages and commercial kitchen functions of countrywide sales organization to achieve growth objectives;

You will work together with experienced and professional team based in Togliatti and Moscow to strive for financial targets and strengthen strong customer partnerships;

You will drive behalf mentioned segment sales activities and take full responsibilities via collaborating with all businesses units.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Developing project sales in the area of Food Processing / Beverages and Commercial Kitchen in the Russia;
  • Developing business segment strategy and for increasing market share;
  • Building and developing relationships with existing and potential customers;
  • Developing relationships with partners (suppliers of food technology, flooring contractor);
  • Taking care of key customers and develop relationships with them;
  • Support in the development of budget across product portfolios;
  • Team Management (4 empl.);
  • Collaboration with customers at major sales events and the acquisition of key contracts;
  • Creating a global CRM together and establishing business groups;
  • Sharing information from the market, its customers and other company departments.

Customers & Channels Management

  • Keep state-of-art of the changes of the industry and hunt for new business opportunities;
  • Drive Sales Excellence and ensures a seamless, brand-aligned representation across all touch points with customers.

Leadership in Action

  • Self-discipline, business skills and results-orientation with the ability to build and develop relationships is a need;
  • Openness, communication skills and willingness to search solutions is highly required as well as a great deal of independence together with responsibility for an assigned area.

  • Supporting and couching the customers according requirements for organizations in the food chain, Interstate council for standardization, metrology and certification (ISC);
  • Involving in food society, participate in food- exhibitions and events.
  • Sales extensive use ACO equipment for food and catering industries for provide international competitiveness and warranty of safety of products in accordance BRC и IFS Standards.

Person Specification

  • This position will be filled by an experienced executive with exceptional drive and energy, who:
  • can develop major account relationships into strong commercial engagements
  • has strong presentation skills. English level – advanced;
  • has highly effective verbal and written communications skills and the energy and organizational ability to “get things done”;
  • has analytical and logical thinking; openness, communication skills, the ability to find solution;
  • has university degree in Technical scope (prefer).
