Description of Position
To develop annual marketing plans and coordinate their successful implementation and
to grow the long term sales, profit and market share position for assigned products.
Core job responsibilities:
1. STRATEGIC PLANNING
1.1. Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors.
1.2. Develop portfolio/brand/market strategy with specific timelines, budgets and
stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with global strategy.
1.3. Perform Forecasting and Budgeting.
1.4. Use monitoring data for feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics
1.5. Active participation in developing of Company portfolio through new business
opportunities analyzing and implementation (NBD approach)
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
2.1. Translate strategy into implementation tactics, communicate clearly and allocate
responsibilities to marketing team and cross functional team members.
2.2. Manage interaction with sales (RM).
2.3. Orchestrate/manage the process to ensure execution of marketing plan within
marketing team and cross-functional teams (sales and others).
2.4. Ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized/ optimized.
2.5. Maintain quality and work within ethical guidelines set by

3.2. Constantly assess effectiveness and ROI of tactical initiatives implementation.
3.3. Monitor competitor activity and strategy.
3.4. Proactively monitor key data for feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics
4. EXTERNAL CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT
4.1. Identify key stakeholders at each step of patient flow/product value chain.
4.2. Develop and implement plan to build relationship and influence them.
4.3. Identify and seize opportunities to align portfolio, brand and customer goals.
4.4. Develop short/long term partnerships to ensure implementation of brand and

5.2. Update sales strategies and communicate with sales team quarterly and on regional
basis when necessary.
Position Accountability / Scope
- Contributes directly to the department's revenue, by managing the product.
- No positions reporting.
- Education: University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration and/or
a Medical field.
- Experience: Preferably at least 3 years of Product Management and 1 year of Sales
experience within Pharm Companies / Health Care Industry.
- Strong analytical thinking, result oriented.
- Fluency in English, efficient Computer Skills.
