- To support of new and existing applications;
- To facilitate communications between teams of users, service’s run teams and developers team (both internal and external);
- To write clear instructions for users, keep them up to date;
- To control operational phase of application (across all locations): incident and problem management, change management if necessary; ensuring the quality aspects (e.g., performance, availability, stability, security) of the services; plans and requests provision of resources if needed (software, hardware, environments, workforce);
- To monitor compliance with the requirements of the service level (SLA)), to animate KPIs;
- To manage service requests;
- To ensure the maintenance and provision of regular reports on the quality of services, writing reports if needed;
- To take part in projects, user acceptance tests, systems acceptance for further support.
- System maintenance experience required: 1–3 years;
- Technical education;
- Good analytical skills, good communication skills, attention to details;
- Knowledge of best practices in application services: understanding the working constraints;
- Experience of Enterprise Application Software, Knowledge of STIBO systems and solutions as good advantage (STEP);
- English – upper intermediate (speech and writing), French as an advantage (position involves a lot of communication with colleagues from France and other countries);
- ITSM-systems experience;
- ITIL knowledge;
- Readiness for rare trips abroad.
